When you reach Telowie and step out of the car you can smell the sea. Not surprising as this truly wonderful house sits on the edge of Loch Etive and has the most glorious views. There is even a wooden deck complete with garden furniture, overhanging the Falls of Lora where you can enjoy watching the famous tidal race, the wildlife and the views up Loch Etive to Ben Cruachan. The garden is fully enclosed though access to the sea shore is very close by.

This house was built to take advantage of the superb views so the main public rooms are upstairs and the large windows have you staring outside at the view for most of the time! . There is a very large open plan kitchen/ dining room/ living room, all beautifully furnished. There are high cathedral ceilings as well as a woodburning stove making this a perfect place to socialise and enjoy looking at the sea in any weather. A balcony and a spiral staircase give easy access to the garden.There are 5 very nice spacious bedrooms with one of these an en suite upstairs and the remainder downstairs.

The house is a family house though you need to be aware that balconies, the spiral stairs and the deck over the sea will require that you supervise small children.

If you can drag yourself away from the views the area has numerous activities with golf courses, cycling paths and beaches. The area is well known for sea life and boat trips are available from Oban. The beautiful Inveraray Castle and town makes a good day trip.
