In the shadow of Britains highest mountain in the fertile great glen of Scotland, Kilmonivaig is a sleepy hamlet in a beautiful forested area. Close to the river and surrounded by crofting land these two cottages provide an excellent base for family holiday with the accent on relaxation and riverside walks. The bustling highland town of Fort William is only 10 miles away and en-route you pass Scotland’s only gondola chairlift on Aonach Mor. Just south of Fort William is dramatic Glencoe and the ferry at Ardgour opens up the Ardnamurchan peninsula which is well worth a visit.
An attractive, two storey house with a pleasing outlook over crofting land and two minutes stroll from the River Lochy. A good selection of bathrooms, a large dining kitchen and a cosy, wood lined sitting room sets the backdrop for a relaxing or invigorating holiday with friends.
