Drumkilbo House is a listed, historic manor house, available on an exclusive basis, situated in the heart of rural Perthshire, close to one of the oldest villages in Scotland and within an hour’s drive of Edinburgh Airport. Set in 16 acres of landscaped garden, and surrounded by beautiful highland scenery, the property is a superb corporate venue or for friends and family to relax in privacy and comfort.

Drumkilbo has a fascinating history, with the first owner recorded as King Robert the Bruce, after whom the splendid entrance hall, centred round a 13th century stone spiral staircase, is named. The grand, elegant drawing room and the formal dining room, add to the sense of occasion and the writing room, sitting room and garden terraces offer cosy retreats. Business seminars can be accommodated in the library.

The highly professional staff at Drumkilbo are delighted to welcome you and can organise a variety of entertainment, including a Scottish Banquet using many local products, with pipers and Scottish dancers. Golf , fishing and sporting parties can also be arranged.

The grounds and gardens at Drumkilbo deserve a special mention. There is a woodland garden with several large trees worthy of note, including a 200 year old elm, a formal garden with terraces and colourful herbaceous borders, a swimming pool, a croquet lawn and a covered pergola offering a sunny corner for sitting out.

Drumkilbo House has 16 acres of ground to explore, a heated outdoor swimming pool available June - September (heated at additional cost), a croquet lawn and a billiard table. Nearby Historic Homes include Glamis Castle, Blair Castle and Scone Palace Gleneagles and St Andrews are both within one hour’s drive Fishing and shooting packages can be arranged
