A paradise for walkers and nature lovers alike with abundant bird and wildlife, the property is also close to many centres offering a variety of facilities. The Glenshee ski-ing centre is close by, Blairgowrie with a swimming pool and golf course, Pitlochry with its woollen shops, golf course and Festival Theatre and the country town of Perth are all within easy reach. Situated on a highland estate where you can enjoy relaxing fishing on a 1.5 acre hill loch, the house is adjacent to gamekeepers' cottages with duck pond and has a private enclosed garden with a panoramic outlook over the highland scenery. The estate has one of the leading folds of Highland Cattle and a flock of Hebridean sheep.
