Ardtalla is a recent conversion of the original 18th century stable square for Novar House. This beautiful building is at the very heart of an exceptional 20,000 acre estate with access to a 5 acre walled garden complete with tennis court and croquet lawn, as well as the estate itself.

Ardtalla sits in a spectacularly beautiful estate and yet is only ½ hour away from Inverness airport with connections to London and elsewhere.

Dogs welcome on the estate if kept under control but not in the house. Kennels may be available by arrangement Smoking permitted in public rooms but not in bedrooms

The house is fully catered (except by special arrangement) and much of the produce is sourced from the estate or locally.

Along with access to the estate, fishing for two rods on the River Alness and shooting (by arrangement)the area is close to golf courses such as the championship course at Royal Dornoch. The coast is minutes away and Rosshire enjoys some wonderful beaches. The walled garden is a delight with tennis and croquet available on the beautiful lawns. There are more than 150 miles of roads and tracks on the estate for walking or mountain biking
